Our dental savings plan provides all the benefits of coverage—without the hassle of waiting periods, benefit maximums, or deductibles. This exclusive in-house plan ensures dental care without insurance remains cost-effective for preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
Membership Includes:
- Unlimited exams
- Necessary X-rays during exams
- Annual oral cancer screening
- 10% off preventive treatments, fillings, crowns, implants, bridges, and extractions
- 35% off dentures and partials (excluding repairs, relines, and rebases)
- 5% off clear aligners and orthodontic treatments
- 20% off crowns and implants (when paid in full with cash, check, or personal credit card at treatment planning or start date)
Additional Benefits & Costs:
- $99 basic cleaning and periodontal maintenance
- $175 per quadrant for scaling and root planing (SRP) or deep cleaning procedures
Annual Membership Cost:
- $99 one-time payment

This dental care without insurance membership is exclusive to Broken Arrow Dental and Implants and cannot be transferred to another provider.
